Job Summary
Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, as well as manage payroll and employee benefit programs.
Plan, conduct, and document required fire/internal disaster and external mass casualty drills, and organize in-service education programs for staff.
Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
