Job Summary

  • Coordinate and participate in the recruiting and hiring of staff, as well as manage payroll and employee benefit programs.
  • Plan, conduct, and document required fire/internal disaster and external mass casualty drills, and organize in-service education programs for staff.
  • Supervise staff, including taking or assisting with appropriate disciplinary measures, and provide direct resident/patient care while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse (LVN or LPN)
  • BSN preferred
  • 1 year direct patient care experience in long term care
  • 1 year experience planning/implementing/evaluating education programs
  • 2+ years experience in long term care facility
  • Current CPR certification
  • Maintain continuing education and licensing
