The role requires maintaining a calm environment while reporting significant findings to the Charge Nurse and Therapy Department.

Must-have
Assist residents with exercise and mobility
Perform range of motion exercises
Maintain skin integrity and prevent pressure sores
Complete detailed charting of care provided
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Experience with PCC software preferred
Ability to serve in therapist absence
Strong communication with therapy department
Key Requirements
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate
