Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 4+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • SaaS software troubleshooting and resolution
  • System configuration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with Big Data, AI, and web technologies
  • Understanding of airline maintenance and flight operations
  • Proactive problem-solving during operational disruptions
  • Experience with digital twin technology
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in technical support
  • English language fluency required
