Job Summary
Support the end-to-end HR processes for the German market, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely execution of operational HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
Handle employee and stakeholder inquiries in German (written and verbal) and maintain employee data in HR systems in line with German labour law and internal standards.
Work in a modern office located in the Krakow Centre – the Unity Tower (ul. Lubomirskiego 20) with a hybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home).
