Support the end-to-end HR processes for the German market, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely execution of operational HR activities across the employee lifecycle

Job Summary

  • Support the end-to-end HR processes for the German market, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely execution of operational HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Handle employee and stakeholder inquiries in German (written and verbal) and maintain employee data in HR systems in line with German labour law and internal standards.
  • Work in a modern office located in the Krakow Centre – the Unity Tower (ul. Lubomirskiego 20) with a hybrid work model (2 days in the office / 3 days from home).
