By supporting key recruitment activities—such as job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding—the role contributes to building a strong workforce that advances the organization’s mission.
The position also supports the Talent Acquisition team through project coordination and logistics, helping maintain operational effectiveness and a positive candidate experience.
