  • Execute activations seamlessly in venue by building strong working relationships with venue decision-makers and staff, coordinating with agency partners to deliver to the highest standard, on time and within budget.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize all activations by setting SMART objectives, tracking performance against KPIs, providing concise wrap-ups, and managing activation budgets accurately to ensure maximum ROI.
