  • Triple Zero Victoria provides Victoria’s 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.
  • Emergency Communications Officers receive and process all emergency and non-emergency triple zero calls from the public and other emergency service agencies.
