Base: $21/hr; Bonus/Equity: Quarterly Shared Success Bonus, Sign-on bonus - $500 (90 days), $1,000 (180 days); Benefits: MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, 401(k) with up to 9% company contribution, 120 hours of Vacation time and 56 hours of sick time per year, Employer Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, Employer Paid Life Insurance, Paid Parental Leave

• Prior forklift experience required
• Ability to read, write and speak English, fluently
• Ability to perform simple math

• Ability to be around objects that are moving in a circular motion
