Must-have
7 to 10 years urban planning experience
Vision Zero and Safe System approach knowledge
Project management of transportation design projects
Data analysis and technical report writing skills
Client-facing communication and stakeholder facilitation
Nice-to-have
Experience in business development and proposal writing
Active involvement in professional organizations like APA or ITE
Familiarity with ArcGIS and Adobe Creative Suite
