Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Ensure residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently and answer resident calls promptly.
Assist residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, and maintain residents' dryness by changing soiled linens and clothing.
