  • The Security Controller acts as the primary security subject matter expert responsible for protecting people, projects, and assets while ensuring compliance with UK Government security standards.
  • This role involves managing Facility Security Clearance and Industry Personnel Security Assurance accreditations, conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and delivering security awareness training across the organisation.
  • Supported by a dedicated security team, the Security Controller liaises with government security authorities and plays a key role in preparing the organisation for operations within NATO and European security frameworks.
