Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in Oncology/Hematology or Specialty Therapy Areas
  • Specialty Care Account Management experience
  • Experience in Commercial, Medical Affairs or Market Access
  • Strong understanding of Compliance and Medical Governance
  • Strong communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, innovative mindset
  • Proven track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Skilled in gathering and translating stakeholder insights
  • Strong customer orientation
