• 2-4 years of financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• Commercial real estate investment sales, debt/equity placement, or mortgage banking experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of transaction execution
• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing, and communication abilities
• Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with strong team orientation and excellent time management skills
