  • Execute and support Learning & Development initiatives across assigned countries (Brazil, Chile and Argentina), ensuring high-quality delivery of core regional Learning & Development programs and country-specific initiatives.
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to coordinate logistics, enable facilitators, manage vendors, and measure outcomes to drive continuous improvement and business impact.
  • Collect and analyze program data; track KPIs; prepare reports and improvement recommendations.
