The role requires allocating 80% of work hours to customer-facing activities including field tours, meetings, and product demonstrations.

Must-have
Bachelor's degree in agriculture
5 years agronomic or sales experience
Direct customer contact required
Daily travel to farm locations
Ability to lift 50 lbs bags
Nice-to-have
Ag retail experience considered an asset
Passion to help ag retails succeed
Proven ability to solve issues quickly
Experience with CROPLAN products
Collaborative virtual team relationship
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in agriculture
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Diploma in agriculture with extensive industry experience
Proficiency in MS Office
Willingness to work in dusty and loud environments
