Employees must be licensed as a Certified Nursing Assistant and possess the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and technical procedures.
The role requires frequent lifting and moving of residents, maintaining accurate records of vitals and intake, and ensuring resident safety and comfort throughout the shift.

Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Monitor vital signs and record data
Assist residents with daily hygiene tasks
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA

Key Requirements
