• The SPARK Graduate Development Program is designed to ignite the next generation of finance leaders through hands-on experience, executive exposure, and structured development across core and strategic finance functions.
• Over 24 months, participants rotate through four different teams/functions, gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of strategic and financial disciplines and preparing for permanent placement aligned with their strengths and interests.
