Job Summary
Assist with process improvement and incident investigation activities in connection with the Gas Business Unit, supporting both Connecticut and Massachusetts.
Interact with subject matter experts to identify process improvements and support a zero-incident culture, while developing knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Perform, lead, and coordinate incident investigations and root cause analysis, monitor hazard identification programs, and provide Process Safety Management support.
