Job Summary
Serve as a primary trainer for the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Social Services Specialists, Social Services Assistants, and Supervisors/Experts, including classroom training, simulation training, and the Division Information Management System training.
Provide individual consultation with new workers regarding knowledge and skill development and assist DCFS supervisors and area managers in identifying and meeting workers' training needs.
This position will require occasional overnight travel with the possibility of extended overnight stays around the state and is grant-funded and renewed annually.

Key Requirements
