Job Summary

  • Serve as a primary trainer for the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS), Social Services Specialists, Social Services Assistants, and Supervisors/Experts, including classroom training, simulation training, and the Division Information Management System training.
  • Provide individual consultation with new workers regarding knowledge and skill development and assist DCFS supervisors and area managers in identifying and meeting workers' training needs.
  • This position will require occasional overnight travel with the possibility of extended overnight stays around the state and is grant-funded and renewed annually.
