Salary
Base: $23.07-$28.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Competitive bonus plan based on performance; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401K, medical, dental, and vision
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Inspection and testing of sprinkler systems
Maintenance and repair of sprinkler systems
Use of company vehicle, tools, and equipment
Compliance with NFPA and health regulations
Ability to lift 40 pounds
Good customer service skills
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of fire pumps, backflows, and standpipes
Attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication
Collaborative team environment
Dedication to safety through Zero Harm policy
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Three years field experience with Wet, Dry, Pre-Action and Deluge Sprinkler systems
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Ability to stand or climb stairs and ladders for extended periods
Pass pre-employment security, drug and background checks
