Job Summary

  • The Principal FPGA/ASIC Engineer will be responsible for research, requirements analysis and systems architecture, design, coding, test bench design, verification, synthesis and place & route for our Command and Data Handling (C&DH) products.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • HDL design for FPGA/ASIC
  • FPGA/ASIC verification via simulation
  • FPGA/ASIC synthesis and timing analysis
  • FPGA design for space environments

Nice-to-have

  • expertise in digital signal processing
  • experience with EDA tools
  • System Verilog and UVM expertise
  • debugging down to hardware level

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5+ years experience
  • Master's degree in STEM with 3+ years experience
  • Ph.D. in STEM with 1+ year experience
  • Aerospace environment HDL design experience
  • Proficiency in FPGA design flow
