  • This role leads the HRIS implementation and builds the people data infrastructure required to scale Apptronik's rapid growth.
  • The successful candidate will drive complex program execution while configuring HCM, Benefits, and Payroll modules to tell the story of the workforce.
  • You will partner with the C-suite and Board to deliver real-time visibility into workforce health, cost modeling, and attrition risk.
