Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
3-10+ years of experience in MES implementation or consulting
Strong understanding of ISA95 / IEC 62264 standards
Experience with discrete, process, or hybrid manufacturing environments
Proficiency with MES platforms like PLEX, Siemens Opcenter, or Rockwell FactoryTalk
