• TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
• BS degree and 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 13+ years of prior relevant experience
• Extensive experience in collaboration
• Experience working with partners outside the US
• Cloud Service certifications desired
• Experience with enterprise license management
• IC network resiliency is highly desired
