Job Summary

  • The Oncology Business Unit Director will lead the strategy development and tactics execution of the Oncology Business Unit in the South Cone Cluster, instrumental in positioning AstraZeneca as a leader in oncology.
  • The OBUD is accountable for setting the strategic vision, defining and implementing the business unit’s strategy, coordinating cross-functional and brand-level operational plans, and leading the commercial team to deliver optimal outcomes for patients.
  • As a member of the Marketing Company Senior Management Team (SMT), the OBUD shares responsibility for overall leadership, strategic direction, business development, and compliance activities within the local market.
