Uniphore offers a competitive compensation package including base pay ranging from $321,400 to $441,950, annual incentives, pre-IPO stock options, and comprehensive benefits.

7+ years strategic enterprise software sales experience
Proven track record closing large complex accounts
Experience selling AI contact center or CX automation solutions
Expertise in multi-stakeholder buying cycles within Fortune 500
Ability to position AI as measurable transformation lever

Familiarity with real-time agent guidance technologies
Experience partnering with Global System Integrators (GSIs)
Knowledge of CCaaS, WEM, or quality management solutions
