Job Summary
The Rehab Manager is responsible for the daily operations of OSUWMC Ambulatory Rehabilitation, ensuring that clinical activities support the OSUWMC and department specific mission, vision, and goals.
This position is also responsible for managing the clinical business operations of the OSUWMC rehab locations and may also include the management of the quality assurance program, IHIS/EMR system, patient access, community outreach, and regional business development.
The Rehab Manager ensures that daily operations support departmental and organizational quality, customer loyalty, and financial objectives.
