Job Summary

  • You will play a critical role in transforming the bank by mapping the ‘as-is’ journey, working with stakeholders to capture requirements for change, and leading agile design sprints.
  • The role involves confirming solutions against requirements, creating testing scenarios based on applied use cases, and collaborating with the Change and Training lead to ensure successful launch collateral.
  • You should have experience with critical reasoning, curiosity, mindfulness, requirements documentation, process mapping tools, JIRA & Governance, test scenario writing, and business English in multinational environments.
