Job Summary
The ABB Lean Challenge Program is a global initiative structured as a competition, connecting ABB with universities and new talent to apply continuous improvement concepts in a global industrial environment.
Participants will develop real Continuous Improvement projects, applying Lean Manufacturing methodologies and the internal Quality Wins program within the Electrification area, aiming to identify and eliminate waste, optimize processes, and increase operational efficiency.
The program offers participation in a global initiative with a focus on Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement, development of real projects applied to the Electrification area, and the possibility of presenting projects in an international environment (Mexico).
