Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 14+ years aerospace industry experience
  • 5+ years Boeing commercial aircraft experience
  • 5+ years engineering line or program management
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
  • U.S. Person status required by export control

Nice-to-have

  • PMP certification or formal project management education
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Systems engineering practices including FMECA
  • Strong collaborative skills across multiple functions
  • Mentoring junior project engineers

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Math, Physics, Chemistry
  • 14+ years in Mechanical, Structural, Payloads, Mission Systems, or Software Design
  • 5+ years as an engineering line manager or program/project manager
  • Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, National, LPR, Refugee, Asylee)
  • Willingness to travel 10% domestically and internationally
