Skills & Requirements
Must-have
14+ years aerospace industry experience
5+ years Boeing commercial aircraft experience
5+ years engineering line or program management
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
U.S. Person status required by export control
Nice-to-have
PMP certification or formal project management education
Experience presenting to senior leadership
Systems engineering practices including FMECA
Strong collaborative skills across multiple functions
Mentoring junior project engineers
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, Math, Physics, Chemistry
14+ years in Mechanical, Structural, Payloads, Mission Systems, or Software Design
5+ years as an engineering line manager or program/project manager
Must be a U.S. Person (Citizen, National, LPR, Refugee, Asylee)
Willingness to travel 10% domestically and internationally
