Job Summary

  • The Reporting Supervisor is responsible for supervising the Reporting staff to create and maintain ad hoc and timely, highly accurate reporting to support contact center operations.
  • This role will develop, train and mentor new and existing Reporting staff while providing business intelligence reports for planning and performance purposes.
