  • The Workplace Relations team provide operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees, line and senior management on employment related matters, and support the resolution of employee disputes and workplace grievances.
  • Facilitate presentations/workshops to various levels of management and employees on a range of Workplace Relations topics.
