BlueScope is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a hybrid role in Kalama, WA, or Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The ideal candidate will manage order fulfillment, maintain customer relationships, and support various internal departments while being part of a collaborative and innovative workforce

Job Summary

  • The purpose of this position is to manage the order fulfilment process and develop strong relationships within our customer base as the key internal contact.
  • This role involves taking orders from customers, inputting them into order management software, and providing technical support on product offers.
  • In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a targeted annual bonus, health and welfare benefits, and a 401(k) match.
