Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Trade school certification in Electrical or Automation
  • Hands-on experience with PLCs and VFDs
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics
  • Knowledge of GMP and safety procedures

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider PLCs
  • Familiarity with Scada system and historian software
  • Network troubleshooting with TC/IP and Profibus
  • Experience with robotics and vision systems
  • Ability to produce as-built drawings

Key Requirements

  • 2-5 years of recent experience in advanced electrical/automation systems
  • Certification from trade school or degree in maintenance-related field
  • Working knowledge of troubleshooting PLCs, HMIs, robots, and motor drives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to handle low to high voltage up to 480 VAC
