Job Summary

  • This position assists Campus Living Facilities with exterior maintenance, litter and trash for properties, rental home maintenance and repair, and other projects needed to keep the residential facilities owned by The Office of Campus Living at The University of Arkansas Little Rock.
  • The role requires monitoring daily exterior litter and trash for all facilities, performing light grounds work to manage shrub overgrowth, and inspecting exterior sprinkler systems for issues.
  • Employees must be able to respond to Campus Living facility emergencies and crises after hours while ensuring excellent customer service to residents, students, faculty, staff, parents, and guests.
