Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in facilities management (hard services)
  • Specialized knowledge in multiple areas among electrical systems, HVAC, water supply and drainage/sanitation, and fire protection systems
  • Experience in coordinating technical specifications and executing work based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Proficiency in MS applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
