Key Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional diesel mechanic experience
  • Advanced diagnostic ability with demonstrated experience in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and after-treatment systems
  • Must provide a comprehensive personal tool set
  • Proficiency with fleet maintenance software
  • Strong understanding of DOT, OSHA, and manufacturer maintenance standards
  • Valid driver’s license required; Class A or B CDL strongly preferred
  • Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical manuals
  • Demonstrated experience with brake adjustments, suspension systems, steering, hydraulics, and air systems
  • Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs
  • Welding, fabrication, or cutting torch experience preferred
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
