Job Summary

  • The role involves managing day-to-day operations and maintenance for all M&E systems including chillers, ACMV, and Building Automation Systems.
  • Candidates will be responsible for implementing preventive maintenance programs and liaising with local authorities and service vendors for certification renewals.
  • The position requires coordinating with the leasing team on tenancy works, reviewing fit-out drawings, and assisting with periodic energy audits.
