Job Summary
Coordinates and executes operational support for all customer order-related processes, serving as the primary contact for transaction inquiries, forecast accuracy, and inventory requirement administration.
Responsible for creating and expediting sales orders, coordinating the Master Demand Plan, and reconciling inventory forecasts with manufacturing capacity.
Maintains and updates price lists in Oracle, resolves billing and collection issues with Finance, and supports customer requests for quotes and pricing.
