Salary

Base: YOU choose: Start hourly for first 60 days OR commission-based pay; Bonus/Equity: $2000 Sign On Bonus paid after 90 days; Benefits: 50% commission (or 40% with bather), 30% commission on basic baths, Discounts on pet services, 20% off veterinary care, Full-time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Mental Health, Life, Disability, 401K Match, Discounted Pet Insurance, PTO
