Job Summary
The Critical Facilities HVAC Technician is responsible for self-performing preventive and corrective maintenance on mission-critical mechanical and HVAC systems supporting a high-reliability data center environment.
Technicians must maintain and service equipment including chillers, cooling systems, water heaters, motors, pumps, and VFDs while following strict safety protocols.

Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years of HVAC or mechanical experience
Valid journeyman HVAC license in jurisdiction
Valid driver's license required for company vehicle
Ability to pass Tier 1 background check and drug screening
Ability to obtain security clearance and polygraph after hire
