Key Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Soldering Certification (J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610)
  • Technical School or Vocational School training in basic electronics or equivalent job experience
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge of electronic acceptability standards (IPC-610, IPC-J-STD-001, IPC/WHMA-A-620)
  • Thru-hole and surface mount soldering skills
  • Mil-Spec connectors and associated tooling experience
