Job Summary

• The Director of Financial Decision Support is responsible for directing the strategic development, implementation, and maintenance of all financial decision support functions for the organization including financial analysis, forecasting, service line reporting and analysis, long range financial planning, and cost accounting.
• Key responsibilities include conducting complex analysis on large data sets, developing reports for leadership, setting pricing for service codes, and overseeing development of forecast models to improve organization performance.
• The role assists in identifying ways to increase net revenue, reduce operating expenses, prepare the annual operating plan and long-range planning, and evaluates ROI models for business planning.
