Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in developing policies, ensure compliance with procedures, and participate in quality assurance and facility surveys.
This role involves coordinating nursing care plans, monitoring staff performance, ensuring safety and sanitation standards, and maintaining effective communication with residents, families, and other departments.

Key Requirements
Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care
Current active RN license in state
Current CPR certification
