Job Summary

• You will be responsible for achieving sales and market share targets in your territory for vaccines.
• You will build strategic relationships with doctors (APIs) and pharmacies in your territory, thinking far beyond traditional field service.
• You will develop and implement creative, scalable engagement formats for doctors and pharmacies that go beyond traditional face-to-face visits (e.g., digital HCP interactions, hybrid events, integrated online/offline concepts).

Key Requirements

• Degree in pharmaceutical or natural sciences or comparable qualification
• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience
• Experience in building new channels or alternative sales routes
• Digital affinity and experience with digital tools/channels
• Entrepreneurial and self-responsible working style
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
• Very good German and good English skills
