This role is critical to enabling evidence-based decision-making, accelerating product development, and supporting the refinement of State Street's multi-year Alpha strategy.
The Senior Data Analyst will lead the design of data insight capabilities, perform advanced analytics on complex datasets, and define requirements for data collection and processing.

Salary
Base: $90,000 - $157,500 Annual; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual performance-based awards; Benefits: Retirement savings plan (401K) with company match, insurance, PTO, and EAP access
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Strong experience in Python, R, and SQL
Deep understanding of financial instrument data
Expertise in account reference data classifications
Advanced quantitative skills and statistics
Experience with large-scale data environments
Nice-to-have
Leadership capabilities including mentoring
Familiarity with RDP or ACM platforms
Creative problem solver mindset
Experience with Tableau or Power BI
Ability to tell compelling stories with data
Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years data science or analytics experience
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
Hands-on experience with classical machine learning tools
