Must-have

  • Programs pricing experience
  • Technical pricing and product analytics
  • Collaboration with underwriting and product development
  • Rate studies and rate filings
  • Experience with Commercial Lines insurance
  • Strong relationship building skills

Nice-to-have

  • Familiarity with CAT models
  • Experience with SQL and/or R
  • Power BI or Tableau experience
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Flexibility and effective time management

Key Requirements

  • BS in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred
  • ACAS or FCAS credential
  • 6+ years Programs pricing or Treaty Reinsurance Pricing experience
  • 8+ years P&C pricing experience in multiple lines
  • Experience across Property, Auto, General Liability, and Professional Liability
  • Understanding of reinsurance structures
  • Ability to meet SOX compliance and documentation standards
