Job Summary

  • Responsible for telesales to create opportunities proactively, including phone sales to core 2 and core 3 customers for maintenance contract conversions, renegotiations, and new digital services.
  • Drives execution of individual sales plan, gathers market and competitor information, and handles renegotiations and cancellation prevention for expiring contracts.
  • Supports the sales team by qualifying leads, planning and scheduling visits, and monitoring leads and new opportunities in CRM.
