Responsible for telesales to create opportunities proactively, including phone sales to core 2 and core 3 customers for maintenance contract conversions, renegotiations, and new digital services.
Drives execution of individual sales plan, gathers market and competitor information, and handles renegotiations and cancellation prevention for expiring contracts.
Supports the sales team by qualifying leads, planning and scheduling visits, and monitoring leads and new opportunities in CRM.
