Job Summary

  • The GA Process Engineer is responsible for defining, improving, and sustaining General Assembly manufacturing processes to safely deliver vehicles that meet all Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE) objectives.
  • The role involves defining, documenting, and maintaining GA process flows, workstation layouts, and standardized work, as well as developing and maintaining Process Control Plans (PCP) and PFMEA.
  • This position requires close collaboration with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure robust GA process performance and drive root-cause problem solving.
