Provides mobile crisis intervention to adults in Louisville Metro, assessing situations, engaging individuals, and de-escalating crises.
Develops crisis plans utilizing individual strengths and community resources, facilitating follow-up interventions and determining appropriate levels of care.
Works collaboratively with law enforcement, families, and other community resources to coordinate crisis resolution and referral, completing accurate and timely documentation.
